PositionGuest Service Agent/Bellperson (FT)

Job Duties: Responsible for assisting guests with luggage, answering general questions such as providing directions and directing guests to hotel amenities. Must also be able to help with guest shuttle service and parking/retrieving guest cars.

Qualifications: Minimum 6+ months of customer service experience required. Must have or be able to obtain a valid drivers license before start of employment. Job Duties: Responsible for opening of the restaurant, daily specials, ordering of food products and kitchen sanitation.

Qualifications: Must have at least 2-years cooking experience (can include school experience) including line and prep cook experience. Must have banquet experience and be able to multitask. Must have a vast array of knowledge and ability in cooking different cuisines and dishes. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Valid Food Handler card required before start of employment. Need to have knowledge of serve safe or ASI. Department: Housekeeping

Position: Housekeeping Room Attendant(s) (FT)

Job Duties: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas such as the linen room and laundry areas at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.   Position includes cleaning up to twenty or more rooms a day in limited time, while also passing "white glove" inspections.

Qualifications: Candidate must be able to meet high physical demands of position, including lifting up to fifty (50) lbs and standing for long periods of time. Stable work history, good work ethic, team player approach, and ability to work in a fast paced environment required.  Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Department: Banquets & Executive Meeting Center

 PositionBanquet Server/Conference Service Attendant (FT)    

Job Duties: Responsible for serving food and beverage in a professional manner at assigned banquet functions and Executive Meeting Center functions. Must work closely with the Kitchen and EMC managers to setup and service functions to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications: Must be able to stand and walk for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods. Ability to lift & carry very large trays of up to 30lbs above shoulder, with frequent twisting, bending, lifting, stooping, and reaching.  As part of setup duties, must be able to lift up to 50lbs and handle physical demands of the job, including: set-up and strike meeting rooms with attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to multitask, handle a fast-paced work environment, as well as solid oral communication and customer service skills to answer questions and provide information to various guests is required. Basic computer and projector problem solving skills as well as previous food service experience may be helpful but not required. Must have valid Food Handler's & OLCC cards before start of employment. Previous food service experience may be helpful though not required.  Shifts will be variable in nature (sample shifts include: 6am-10am, 10am-2pm, 4pm-10pm, and 5pm-12am, or as necessary to meet business demands.)  Must also have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor.  Must be willing to actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.
