Job Duties: Primary duties are Banquet production and execution. Responsible for high volume line cooking, as well as writing and implementing recipe cards.

Qualifications: At least 2-years high volume line cook experience required. Prior experience in banquet and convention food service desired.  Must be a self starter and be able to multi task. Job Duties: The steward will help us comply with our green standards initiative including sorting garbage and removing all recyclables from waste stream. Operates a dish machine, restocks items for the restaurant and helps in production when necessary.

Position:  Convention Services Coordinator (FT)

Job Duties: Coordinator will be responsible for servicing assigned groups by coordinating details and managing guestroom blocks to create successful events.  This position will also serve as back-up to administrative support by performing office duties including but not limited to, generating documents, reporting, and customer service.

Job Duties: Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel property, guests and associates, to include: (property patrols, issuing keys, on-going security vigilance, and maintaining effective communication across all departments, and law enforcement as necessary). PositionDirector of Sales and Marketing (FT)

Job Duties: This position administers, directs and controls the Sales and Marketing function to maximize sales revenue and market share for the hotel. Also responsible for managing the Executive Meeting Center facility. Through independent sales efforts, this position affects business operations and profitability. The Director of Sales & Marketing has discretionary ability to manage rates and product lines, hotel department operations, and create and execute property-level advertising plans. Also responsible for managing a large staff that includes 12 sales managers.

Qualifications:  Minimum of three (3) years hotel-related sales and marketing experience at the director level. Proven leadership skills a must, along with budget forecasting and revenue management knowledge and experience. Must have proven achievement of sales goals and possess a broad knowledge of all market segments, with an emphasis on “group” business.  Position requires travel on a national level to attend conferences and conduct sales calls as needed.  Candidate should have independent, self-motivated work habits, a desire to succeed in a highly competitive environment, as well as effective time management principles and organizational skills. Job Duties: The PBX Operator handles all incoming phone requests/inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Answers all incoming telephone calls by speaking to the guests, listening for their requests and following through with that request. Provides wake up calls at times requested by the guest. PositionHousekeeping Room Attendant(s) (FT)

Job Duties:Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas such as the linen room and laundry areas at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.   Position includes cleaning up to twenty or more rooms a day in limited time, while also passing "white glove" inspections. 

Qualifications:Must be able to follow verbal instructions. Six months successful hotel housekeeping experience or six months of full-time work experience requiring physical skill and exertion (for example: janitorial, warehouse, agricultural or light industrial) required. Job Duties:Responsible for serving food and beverage in a professional manner at assigned banquet functions.

Qualifications: Must be able to stand and walk for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods.
