PositionGuest Service Agent/Bellperson (FT)

Job Duties: Responsible for assisting guests with luggage, answering general questions such as providing directions and directing guests to hotel amenities. Must also be able to help with guest shuttle service and parking/retrieving guest cars.

Qualifications: Minimum 6+ months of customer service experience required. Must have or be able to obtain a valid drivers license before start of employment. Must be available AM/PM shifts including weekends/holidays.  Candidate must have good commincation skills, knowledge of the Portland/Metro area and a positive, enthusiastic customer service skill set.  Must actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and our Declaration of Excellence.

PositionDishwasher (FT)

Job Duties: Produce and maintain high sanitation levels in the kitchen and surrounding areas.

Qualifications: Must help company comply with our green standards initiative including sorting garbage and removing all recyclables from waste stream.  Must be able to operate a dish machine, restock supplies for the restaurants and help out in production when necessary. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work safely and independently.  Hold strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and high standards/work ethic.  Must be available for both AM and PM shifts any day of the week. Job Duties: Responsible for high volume line cooking, as well as writing fresh daily/weekly specials.

Qualifications: At least 3+ years of high volume line cook exprience required. Must be a self starter and be able to multi task.  Good communication skills are a must along with hospitality focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Vaild Food Handler's card required before start of employment.  Must be able to work a flexible AM schedule (7am - 4pm) with minimal schedule restrictions, including weekends/holidays. Job Duties: To assist the Director of Catering by performing various office and department duties to uphold the Sales and Catering Office

Department: Housekeeping

Position: Housekeeping Room Attendant(s) FT

Job Duties: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas such as the linen room and laundry areas at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.   Position includes cleaning up to twenty or more rooms a day in limited time, while also passing "white glove" inspections.

Qualifications: Candidate must be able to meet high physical demands of position, including lifting up to fifty (50) lbs and standing for long periods of time. Department: Human Resources

PositionHuman Resources Coordinator (FT)    $15-$17/hr. DOE

Job Duties: Responsible for recruiting, Benefits administration, managing Unemployment claims, and providing general Human Resources support for the hotel's associates. General clerical duties will also be required. The HRC will assist with Training and Employee Relation issues, when needed. This position will represent the HR Dept on the hotel's Safety team and/or CARE committee.

Qualifications: Must have a minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources practical and/or educational experience. Must have a Positive, Productive, Fresh and Enthusiastic outgoing demeanor and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interuptions.  Above average computer proficiency also required, as is a general knowledge of applicable State and Federal employment laws. Must actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and our Declaration of Excellence.
