Department: Restaurants

PositionBusperson (PT)

Job Duties: To greet guests in a friendly manner, set up and promptly clear tables, as well as stock service stations and maintain the buffet as assigned. Will also assist in general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurants department. Cross train in other areas of the restaurant (Host/Cashier/Room Service). 

Qualifications: Candidate must  be able to meet high physical demands of the position, including lifting up to twenty-five (25) lbs. and standing for long periods of time. A good work ethic, team player approach and ability to work in a fast paced environment required. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Must have availability to be scheduled for Part-Time AM and PM shifts with minimal schedule restrictions, including weekends and holidays. Must have a valid foodhandler's and OLCC card prior to start of employment. Must be willing to cross-train into other areas of the restaurant. PositionFood Server (PT)

Job Duties: To serve food and beverages to customers while providing courteous, professional, efficient service and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications: 2+ years prior serving experience required. Must have ability to perform duties effectively and in a fast-paced environment, be multi-task oriented, have a professional appearance, and a positive attitude. Must be flexible and willing to cross train in other areas of the restaurant. Must be available to be scheduled any day of the week for various Part Time shifts (ie; coming in as early as 5am to leaving as late as 12am, or as necessary to meet business needs), including weekends/holidays. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Must have a valid foodhandler's and OLCC card prior to start of employment. Department: Housekeeping

PositionHousekeeping Houseperson (FT)

Job Duties: Responsible for stocking of housekeeping supplies for the various housekeeping functions in the hotel and cleaning guest hallways (including but not limited to stacking the linen room and ice machines, cleaning carpets, walls, and floors). 

Qualifications: Must have solid communication skills. Must be able to lift at least fifty (50) lbs. and be able to push up to 200 lbs. and otherwise meet the high physical demands of the position. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Must be available to work any day of the week/weekend/holidays for AM day position, generally 8am - 6pm (or as neccessary to meet business needs) with minimal schedule restrictions. Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience is preferred. Must actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and our Declaration of Excellence.

PositionFront Desk Agent (FT)

Job Duties: To efficiently check guests in and out of the hotel in a professional and competent manner.

Qualifications: Minimum of 6+ months of customer service experience required. Must be available to work AM/PM shifts including weekends/holidays, with minimal schedule restrictions. Previous cash handling experience preferred. OnQ training preferred. Must have hospitality focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Candidate must have good communications skills, type a minimum of 30 words per minute, and be able to operate a computer and basic software including Microsoft Word. Must actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and our Declaration of Excellence.

Salary: $10.00/hr

PositionBanquet Captain (FT)

Job Duties: Responsible for overseeing all of the food service and liquor controls for all banquet functions.

Qualifications: Strong knowledge of banquet beverage, food serivice and meeting room setups required. Good communication and customer service skills needed. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor.  Valid Food Handler's and OLCC card required at start of employment. Must be available to work AM/PM shifts 7 days a week including holidays. Previous supervisory experience preferred.  Must actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and our Declaration of Excellence.

PositionBanquet Porter (FT)

Job Duties: Responsible to greet guests in a friendly manner, set up and promptly clear tabels, as well as stock service stations and maintain the buffet as assigned. Will also assist in general cleaning and maintenance of the banquets department.

Qualifications: Stand & walk for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods. Lift, carry or push heavy equipment, moving hands & arms easily and quickly, moving up to fifty (50) pounds with frequent twisting, bending, lifting. Good communication skills and ability to carry out specific oral and written instructions are a must! Must have hospitality focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Valid Foodhandler's card required at start of employment. Availability should include any day of the week for either AM or PM shifts, or as necessary to meet business demands.  Must actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and our Declaration of Excellence.

Job Duties: Responsible for serving food and beverage in a professional manner at assigned banquet functions.

Ability to lift & carry very large trays up to thirty (30) pounds above shoulder, with frequent twisting, bending, lifting, reaching. Position requires solid oral communication and customer service skills to answer questions and provide information to various guests.  Must also have a hospitality focused qualities and courteous demeanor. Must have valid Foodhandler's and OLCC card at start of employment. Previous food service experience may be helpful though not required. Position requires weekends and holidays and flexibilty in scheduling to include availability for a minimum of 4 shifts per week. Shifts include 6am - 10am, 10am - 2pm, 4pm - 10pm and 5pm - 12am, or as necessary to meet business demands.   Must actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and our Declaration of Excellence.

Salary: $10.25/hr
