PositionConvention Services Coordinator (FT)

Job Duties: Position provides administrative support to convention services managers by performing office duties including but not limited to, generating documents, reporting, and customer service. Coordinator will also be responsible for servicing assigned groups by coordinating details to create successful events.

Qualifications: Candidate must demonstrate a professional attitude, and be able to provide exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required; must be organized and be able to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Must be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM (hours may vary). Delphi software and previous administrative/convention service experience preferred. Job Duties: This position is hourly and based on a 50 hour work week. The Sous Chef participates in directing & controlling the operation of the kitchen. Provides supervisory guidance & makes suggestions pertaining to associate matter such as hiring and training. Must be able to showcase skill in producing different types of cuisines.

Qualifications: Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience, large volume banquet kitchen experience, bakery and pastry experience and be available any day of the week for shifts as necessary. Job Duties: Completes all prep work related to breakfast; preparing bacon, sausage, cracking eggs. Job Duties: To complete banquet prep functions and produce/maintain a quality food product. Must use proper food handling and storage techniques and follow all kitchen sanitation standards. Position involves banquet prep, food handling/storage and help with commissary duties in addition to working in the cafeteria.

Qualifications: Must have six months of kitchen (prep/cook/school) experience.  PositionHousekeeping Room Attendant(s) (FT)

Job Duties:Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas such as the linen room and laundry areas at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.   Position includes cleaning up to twenty or more rooms a day in limited time, while also passing "white glove" inspections. 

Qualifications:Must be able to follow verbal instructions. Six months successful hotel housekeeping experience or six months of full-time work experience requiring physical skill and exertion (for example: janitorial, warehouse, agricultural or light industrial) required. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and push a 200 lb. cart repetitively also required.  Must be available to work any day of the week from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (or as needed to meet business demands) including holidays.
