Job Duties: To prepare all of the food items for the breakfast/lunch shift while providing high quality and presentation items. 

Qualifications: At least 1+ years line cook experience in restaurant or school setting required. Must be available for PM shifts (3:00pm to 12:30am) including weekends/holidays, or as needed to meet business demands). Must have hospitality focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. PositionFirst Cook (FT)

Job Duties: Responsible for cooking of soups, sauces, banquet food and kitchen sanitation. 

Qualifications: At least 2+ years line and prep cooking experience in restaurant or school setting required. Must have banquet experience and be able to multi-task. Must have a vast array of cooking different cuisines and dishes. Must be available for AM shifts (4:30am to 1:00pm) including weekends/holidays, or as needed to meet business demands). PositionDishwasher (PT)

Job Duties: Responsible for producing and maintaining high sanitation levels in the kitchen and surrounding areas.

Qualifications: Must help company comply with our green standards inititiative including sorting garbage and removing all recyclables from waste stream. Must be able to operate a dish machine, restock supplies for the restaurants and help out in production when necessary. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work safely and independently. Hold strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and have high standards/work ethic. Must be available for Part-Time PM shifts (4:00pm to 12:30am) including weekends/holidays, or as needed to meet business demands). Must have hospitality focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Department: HOUSEKEEPING

PositionRoom Attendant (FT)

Job Duties: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas such as the linen areas at a level that meets or exceeds company standards. Position includes cleaning up to twenty or more rooms a day in limited time while also passing the "white glove" inspections.

Qualifications: Must have 6+ months of hotel housekeeping experience or 6 months of full-time work experience requiring physical skills and exertion (example: janitorial, warehouse, agricultural or light industrial) required. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and push a 200 lb. cart repetitively also required. Must be available to work AM day shifts (8:00am - 6:00pm) including weekends/holidays, or as needed for business needs. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Must actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.

Salary: $9.25/hr + (based on a per room factor)

PositionRooms Inspector (FT)

Job Duties: Responsible for assisting and inspecting, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained at the level which meets, or exceeds, the hotel's standards.

Qualifications: Previous housekeeping experience including knowledge of safe work practices/procedures (including injury prevention) required. Must also be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain an AM/PM flexible work schedule (9:00am - 6:00pm), including weekends/holidays. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor, along with strong customer service skills for giving instructions to staff. Computer knowledge and typing ability required. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Hotel experience, inspection and/or supervisory experience helpful, though not required. Must actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.

PositionPBX Telephone Operator (PT)

Job Duties: Responsible for handling all the incoming phone requests/inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications: Must have positive customer service skills with good written and verbal communications. Ability to type 30 wpm and be able to operate a computer with basic software knowledge. Must be able to work a Part-Time AM or PM schedule including weekends/holidays. Department: CATERING

PositionCatering Coordinator (FT)

Job Duties: Responsible for assisting the Catering department with the production of administrative documents, phone support and exceptional customer service. Will be responsible for selling and servicing meetings and events of 25 people or less which includes preparing proposals/contracts, providing site tours and finalizing event details within established timelines.

Qualifications: Candidate must demonstrate a professional attitude, and be able to provide exceptional customer service.  Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required, must be organized and be able to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Delphi software and previous administrative Sales/Catering/Events experience preferred. Must be able to work a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule, weekends/holidays, if necessary. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor.   Must actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.

Salary: $13.00/hr
