Job Duties: Responsible for cooking of soups, sauces, banquet food and kitchen sanitation. 

Qualifications: At least 2+ years line and prep cooking experience in restaurant or school setting required. Must have banquet experience and be able to multi-task. PositionSous Chef (FT)

Job Duties: Assists in directing and controlling the operations of the kitchen and staff. Provide supervisory guidance and make suggestions pertaining to associate matters such as hiring and training. Must be able to showcase skill in producing different types of cuisines, menu development and leadership. Primary duties involve supervising the PM shift, Gather restaurant menu development and closing procedures in the kitchen areas.

Qualifications: Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in a kitchen. Must be able to work a flexibile AM/PM schedule including weekends/ holidays, or as needed to meet business demands. PositionDishwasher (PT)

Job Duties: Produce and maintain high sanitation levels in the kitchen and surrounding areas. 

Qualifications: Must help company comply with our green standards initiative including sorting garbage and removing all recyclables from waste stream. Must be able to operate a dish machine, restock supplies for the restaurants and help out in production when necessary. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work safely and independently. Hold strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and high stardards/work ethic. Department: HOUSEKEEPING

PositionRoom Attendant (FT)

Job Duties: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas such as the linen areas at a level that meets or exceeds company standards. Position includes cleaning up to twenty or more rooms a day in limited time while also passing the "white glove" inspections.

Qualifications: Must have 6+ months of hotel housekeeping experience or 6 months of full-time work experience requiring physical skills and exertion (example: janitorial, warehouse, agricultural or light industrial) required. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and push a 200 lb. cart repetitively also required. Must be available to work AM day shifts (8:00am - 6:00pm) including weekends/holidays, or as needed for business needs. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Must actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.

Salary: $9.25/hr + (based on a per room factor)

Job Duties: Responsible for stocking of housekeeping supplies for the various housekeeping functions in the hotel and cleaning guest hallways (including but not limited to stocking the linen rooms and ice machines, cleaning carpets, walls and floors).

Qualifications: Must have good communication skills and be able to push up to 200 lbs, lift up to 50 lbs, and otherwise meet the high physical demands of the position. Job Duties: This is an advanced professional and administrative position responsible for the successful operation of the restaurant, lounge, and banquet/banquet beverage operation while maintaining quality standards, profitability and customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications: 2+ years restaurant leadership, food/beverage service, training and budgeting/forecasting experience. Proven leadership, teambuilding skills and a Positive/Productive/Fresh/and Enthusiastic attitude needed.
