Position: Lead Line Cook (FT)
Job Duties: Responsible for high volume line cooking, as well as writing fresh specials.
Qualifications: At least 3 years of high volume line cook experience required. Must be a self starter and be able to multitask. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Valid Food Handler card required before start of employment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule AM shift with minimal schedule restrictions including weekends/holidays (between 7am & 4pm, or as needed to meet business demands), and have knowledge of writing and implementing recipe cards. Must actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and our Declaration of Excellence.
Department: Front Office
Position: Director of Front Office (FT)
Job Duties: To oversee the responsibilities and direct the work of the Front Desk, Night Audit, Guest Services and Guest Relations to ensure that the guests are being serviced in a professional and competent manner.
Qualifications: Must have at least three (3) years successful background in hotel Front Office management; stong training skills, and creativity and innovation to develop programs to enhance the guest experience. The successful candidate will possess the leadership skills to own the Front Office operations, and inspire staff. Position requires availability for ALL shifts, seven days per week, as necessary to meet business demands. Must have hospitality focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Valid driver license required. Must be willing to actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence. Salary based on experience.
Position: Housekeeping Room Attendants(s) (FT)
Job Duties: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas such as the linen room and laundry areas at a level that meets or exceeds company standards. Position includes cleaning up to twenty or more rooms a day in limited time, while also passing "white glove" inspections.
Qualifications: Must be able to follow verbal instructions. Six months successful hotel housekeeping experience or six months of full-time work experience requiring physical skill and exertion (for example: janitorial, warehouse, agricultural or light industrial) required. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and push a 200 lb. cart repetitively also required. Must be available to work 7 days/wk from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (or as needed to meet business demands) along with holidays. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Must be able to support the hotel's environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.
Position: Housekeeping Night Lobby Attendant (FT)
Job Duties: Responsible for cleaning lobby and other public and business areas of the hotel at night.
Qualifications: Must have solid communication skills. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. and be able to push a 200 lb. cart. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor, along with strong customer service orientation. Candidates must have weekday/weekend/holiday availability with minimal schedule restrictions and be available for shifts between the hours of 3pm to 12:00am or as necessary to meet business demands. Previous housekeeping, janitorial, night lobby, and/or hotel experience may be helpful though not required. Must be able to support the hotel's environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.
Position: Director of Restaurants (FT)
Job Duties: Administers, directs and controls the smooth, friendly and efficient operation of the restaurant, in room dining and coffee bar disciplines.
Qualifications: Minimum four (4) years restaurant leadership, food service & training experience. Must be available 7 days a week, as needed, generally between 5:30am & Midnight. Proven leadership, teambuilding skills and a positive/productive/fresh/and enthusiastic attitude needed. Expectation of candidate would be foucsed on revenue generation, growth of service staff and ensuring dining experiences meet and exeed our valued guest's expectations. Candidate for this position must feel comfortable ensuring dining outlets are in compliance with health department standards and have solid knowledge of, and be able to promote job specific safety standards. Must have valid Food Handler's and OLCC cards prior to start of employment. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Must actively support the hotel's environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.
Position: Restaurant Server (PT)
Job Duties: To serve food and beverage to customers while providing courteous, professional, efficient service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: 2+ yrs previous food/beverage serving experience required. Must have ability to perform duties effectively in a fast-paced environment, be multi-task oriented, have professional appearance, and a positive attitude. Must be flexible and willing to cross train in other areas of the restaurant. Valid Food Handler & OLCC cards required before start of employment. Must be available to be scheduled any day of the week for PM shifts (Flexibility to start as early as 10:30am to 12am Midnight) or as necessary to meet business demands), including holidays and weekends. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Must be willing to support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices as well as embrace our Declaration of Excellence.
Position: Mechanic (FT)
Job Duties: To repair and maintain the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as well as the physical features of the hotel and grounds.
Qualifications: Must have basic electric, mechanical, plumbing, and construction skills including drywall and painting. Must have good English communication skills. Must be able to work an AM shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) including weekends/holidays, with minimal schedule restrictions. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Must be willing to actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.
